MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court to-day. Archibald J. Kirk, for a second offence of drunkenness, was fined 10s.
A ,',oung man, John H... Graham, pleaded guilty to the theft of two suit-lengths-of tweed and a piece of suit, valued at £5 9s Bd, the property of Hodgkdns, Carver and Co. He was remanded for sentence until 18th August.
