The American Jewellers' Association is offering a reward of £1000 in London newspapers for, information leading to the conviction oE diamond smugglers. It appears that Russian BMsheviks are endeavouring to place in the world's markets seven millions sterling worth ol looted diamonds and other jewels, crossing the border via Reval. A million pounds" worth were disposed of in London, and most of them were smuggled into 'America .with the greatest ingenuity, concealed in walking-sticks, boot-heels, watches, and picture frames, the smugglers even employing pet dogs, which were compelled to swallow the stones. : .■■' , ■ , /
