A young woman, Mrs. George Nicol,' sustained a fracture of the base of the skull and a broken collar bone through being knocked down at night time by a cyclist, Cecil Harrison, who was approaching from the rear. His light was burning brightly. Latest report^ says Mrs. Nicol's condition is serious.
