MOROCCAN REBELS

MADRID, sth August. A communique states that Spanish troops have occupied Restinga, in Morocco, and have driven off the enemy, who were attacking Sukelarach. The enemy suffered heavy losses. Soldiers who escaped from Zeluan report that after the defenders had surrendered their arms in accordance with the agreement^ the rebels fired on them. The commander of Zeluan wa* amongst those killed.
