SYDNEY, This Day. The Labop Party Executive has de cided to invite nominations for the West Sydney vacancy, caused by Mr. Ryan's death. Mr. Lambert (Lord Mayor), in expressing appreciation to the West Sydney Labour Council for recommending him, announced his unwillingness to contest the ssat unlesß he is chosen by a selection ballot. The by-election will be held on 3rd September. v
