KHORASON DECLARES ITS INDEPENDENCE.

The province of Khorason has declared its independence. The Teheran Government refused to accept Sa-nisam es Ultanes, a Bakhtiati chief, as Governor. The movement was organised by a gendarmerie officer, who was appointed Military Governor when Hauddin waa dismissed by the present Government.
