PARIS, sth August,
The Matin publishes a sensational article, in which it seeks to expose an Anglo-German plan for the exploitation of Russia. The Matin declares that England does not wish.to see Russia powerful, but is anxious to exploit her markets and rich resources for the benefit of English industry. The Matin suggests that Britain will agree to Germany's anti-Pol-ish policy, and points out that Germany has concluded agreements with the Bolsheviks, identical with those with England. The Ma-tin asks whether the American attitude will thwart' the project.
