- (REDTER'S TBLEORAM.) PARIS, 4th July. The Havas News Agency's correspondent at Oppeln reports that the Poles retired in confoymity with the decision of the Inter-Allied Commission, and evacuated Rybnik before the "anointed time. The German troops are now bound to retreat.
