(Received 1 April 30, 1 p.m.)
LONDON, 29th April.
The mane-owners have issued' a statement, in which they say it is realised that no amount of wages without a national pool will be acceptable. They think the men have been kept in the dark, and 1 feel convinced that what is keeping the men from work is, not the question of wages, but an idea which exists in the minkte of theit lead'ere.
