Tho annual champion of champions rinks contest, under the auspices of the Wellington Bowling Centre, was commenctid on the Victoria Bowling Club's green this morning. Wellington : Campbell, Waddell, H. Mayes, J. J. Roberts (s), won- by default against Lower Hutt. Raven's Lyall Bay team won by default against Johnscinville.

The second round was commenced this afternoon, the draw being : Seatoun v. Petone, Lyall Bay v. Newtown, Victoria v. Hataitai, Wellington a bye. The third round was set down to commence at 4 o'clock. The final will be played to-morrow afternoon.
