KING'S THEATRE.

The Paramount - Artcraft Royalty masterpiece, "Humoresque," will bo screened for the first* time in Wellington at The King's Theatre to-night. "Humoresque" is a tale of youthful genius and mother-love, and is-a beautifully simple story of a mother's sacrificing struggle to ensure her boy a place in the world. "Humoresque" is aptly described as "a monument to mothers." "It impresses one with its sincerity and intense heart-appeal. It is.a story of human beiflgs as they are. Tears and laughter intermingle in it as. they do inreal life." The .picture will be screened for six nights and two matinees only. Madame Annette Hayward has been specially re-engaged for the season, and The King's Grand Orchestra will render a programme of special music. Seats may be booked at The Bristol.
