A. Shropshire , syndicate has arranged with Liverpool bankers and cotton brokers to advance £400.000 towards a scheme for .sowing. cotton in Czecho-'Slo-ynkia, where it will bo finished and manufactured into yarns and other goods for exportation to Britain and the Doniinions. Two ot tho most prominent textile firms in Czecho-Slovakia will carry out the work on n profit-sharing basis. The Czecho-Slovakian Government and a combine, of Czech banks will guarantee the enterprise. '
