INTER-CLUB EVENTS.

The success of the 1 Inter-Club Regatta which 1 was held by the Wellington Rowing Association was'marred by the heavy rain, for although the water was all that could be desired, many of the crews had men.absent, presumably thinking that the weather was unfit for rowing-.'
