BOATING ACCIDENT
A BOY DROWNED.
> The police this afternoon received word of a boating accident at Rona Bay, whioh occurred at 2. o'clock. Four boys were' out in a dinghy, which overturned near the Rona Bay lighthouse. ! Three were rescued,, and one, Richard Winter, aged 15 'yeare, whose parents reside at Newtown, was drowned. I The body was not recovered at 3.30 o'clock.
