The Early Settlers and Historical Association will meet on the Observatory Reserve, Kelburn, to celebrate the 81fit anniversary of the founding of Port Nicholson, Wellington. An invitation is extended to all pioneer settlers to meet there- on Saturday afternoon, at 2.30. Afternoon tea will bo served at the Kelburn Kiosk, tickets for which will be 13----sued'by the association.
