ROSENEATH SOCIAL CLUB
Tho annual meeting of the Roseneatli Social Club.was hold last evening, Mr. C PJnnock boin^ in the chair. Officera for tho coming season were elected as follow :— Chairman, Mr. J. White, M.C.'s/) Messrs. A. Al>el and S. Liiteker; socri;-' tary and treasurer, Mr. J. H. Dixon. Regarding tho arrangements for gathering; during tho season, it was decided that the provision of refreshments and prizes be carried out by the ladies. A proposal that aggregate prizes bo given for the sea£on for ladies and gentlemen, each prize to the value of £2, was adopted. It. was decided that "sccials" be held fort-nig-htl.y, commencing during the third week in February. A vote of thanks to the returning officers concluded the meeting. Those present afterwards participated in games.
