BOYCOTTING THE DUKE'S VISIT

DELHI, 16th January.
The extremists have decided that the occasion of the Duke of Connaught opening the Council of- State and the Legislative Council on 9th February at Delhi shall be declared a state of deep mourning. All shops will be closed. The crowds are. asked to boycott. the visit, and strikes arc also being organised in, Calcutta hi anticipation of the Duke's visit next week.
