THE TRADE AGREEMENT
'conciliatory reply to BRITAIN. LONDON, 6th October. ■The Daily Chronicle states that the Russian Government's reply to the British Note in connection with the proposed trade agreement, demanding the release of British prisoners at Baku and the cessation of Bolshevik propaganda in Britain, is conciliatory. '
The British Government's information indicates that the Soviet's internal difficulties are increasing.
