WESTPORT HARBOUR BILL.

The petitioners prayed (1) for the repeal of section 109 of the Finance Act, 1915; (2) for refund of all moneys -paid into the Consolidated Fund by virtue of the above section; and (3) for the appointment of a Parliamentary Committee to inquire into the administration of the board since 1014; also for a decision as to whether the proposed Bill was necessary or desirable.
