CHARGED WITH THEFT OP PLANS

.. Symington, who was arrested at Briston for illegal possession of arms, is charged now with stealing nine plans from the Irish Office, including the Chief Secretary's offices. The plans wena stolen while Symington was clerk of the office works. Other discoveries in hisl lodgings included a minute-book of the English branch of Sinn Fein, of which Symington is secretary.
