ACTING-PREMIER'S POLICY.

The policy of the ActingPremier (Chin Yun Peng) -. foreshadows the unification of; the country, separation of civil and military administration, disbandment of superfluous troous, retrenchment of civil administration, financial reform, currency taxation, and education ,on practical* lines.
: PEKIN, 12th August. The new Cabinet is announced as follows :—Chin Yun Peng^, Premier and ■^'Minister pf War; Dr. 'ien, Minister, of Foreign Affairs ; .Admiral Sas Chen-ping, Minister of the Navy; Chang Chistan, Minister of .the Interior; Yeh Wung Chow, Minister of Communications; Wang Nai-ping, Minister of Commerce;, Chow Tszchi, Minister*of FinancejuFani Yuin-lien ; Minister of Education; Tung Kang, _ Minister of Justice. The Cabinet comprises all the President's personal friends, except Wang Nai-ping, who is General Chang-tso-lin's nominee. Foreign .circles consider the selections satisfactory.
