NOT WANTED IN RUSSIA.
Recently Mr. Holland (Buller) wished to know if New ZeaJand would observe the agreement made by Britain for the repatriation ■of Russians. The Hon. E. P. Lee (Minister of External Affairs replied "The New Zealand Government is prepared to carry out any agreement entered into by His Majesty's Government on behalf of the Empire. The honourable gentleman may be interested to know that the only Russians whom the New Zealand Government desired to repatriate apparently could not establish their nationality to the satisfaction ot the Soviet Government, because per™f^°" ,V> Bend them to Russia was withheld."
