A. & P. SOCIETIES
The Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Amendment Bill (introduced by the Hon. W. Noswortliy) provides thnt no A. and P. Society shall liave authority to sell ,pr exchange any lands derived, by it from the Crown by way of grant or otherwise, whether before or after the passing of the amending Act, except with the precedent consent of tho Governor-Gen-eral in Council.
