BERLIN, 26th July.
A conference of delegates of Ruhr miners advocated the speedy socialisa.' tion of the mining Industry. It unanimously passed a resolution protesting against the Allied occupation of the Ruhr district, affirming that the miners were willing to increase the output of coal in order to meet the Entente's demands as well as Germany's home consumption md the contracts <for Poland, Switzerland, and Scandanavia, if better food is provided.
