The New York Times, in an editorial comment on a recent,, statement of Mr. H. Y. Braddon. (ex-Commissioner' for Australia in the United .States) on compulsory arbitration,' says it;is based on wrong principles, and cautions America against adopting the Australian system. It concludes by saying that the American way of ■" getting together " is the best method for settling all manners of disputes. • . ■.' . , ' ■' •
