BERLIN, 30th March.
The situation at Duisburg is serious,. The Burgomaster, feaiing for his personal safety, has fled, and the officials hare struck against oppression hy the Communists, who have seized the Town Hall. The Communist leader ab Plauen pillaged the office of the newspaper VogtLanderzeitung, and seized a million marks.
