PARIS, 30th March. Yon Ludendorff is in Berlin. He has written to the newspapers defending his action in connection with the coup d'etat.
[The arrest of yon Ludendorff has been ordered for some time, as He is regarded as the author of the Militarist attempt to regain control of Germany. Previous messages stated that he. had disappeared.]
