PROCEEDINGS AGAINST BRICK- _ LAYERS. (Received March 31, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Master Builders' Association has decided to prosecute the bricklayers for refusing to work on Saturday, and has convened a meeting on Tuesday to discuss, a general closing-down of all works pending a settlement in the Arbitration Court or by legislation.
