"YOUR TIME HAS COME"
THE MURDER OF, MR. BELL, (Received March 31, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, 27th March. The assassination of Mr Bell, the Dublin Magistrate, was apparently arranged in the minutest detail. Pour of his fel- , low-passengers waited a moment, and 1 one, tapped Mr. Bell on the shoulder, and said 1: "Come; your time has come." Mr. Bell was forcibly removed to the footpath; and shot dead. The assassins walked off unconcernedly for a hundred yards, and then separated.
