SWIFTS FOOTBALL CLUB
The annual meeting- of the Swifts Football Club was attended by about thirty members. Mr. F. Sanders 'presided. The report showed the club to bo in a very satisfactory position, and the financial statement showed a substantial balance. The following officers were elected :—President, Mr. C. P. Skerrett, K.C.; vice-presidents, Messrs. H. Graves, B. Scott, B. L. Salmon, R. Pve-Smith,' J. Smith, F. J. Courtney, J. F. AtkirissF. Eison, L. \Y. White, H, G. Mayer, J/fi. O\lier, P. Pye-Smith. G. Wilson, F. Sanders, W. llatheson, K. Hutcheson, C. ff. Rushbrook, and Dr. Isaacs; secretary, A. Clifford; assistant secretary, J. Kennedy; treasurer, J. Bosrnuda; management committee, W. Rucfdle, N. Griffiths, G. Holloway, C. Fox, and E. \V. Guise. The season is to commence during the Easter holidays with a tour cf Blenheim and tho Sounds.
