CriRISTCHTJRCH, O£U December. —The grain and produce market is assuming its usual Christmas inactivity, and there is no variation in prices to record since last week. The sharp inquiry for chad that mark&l last week has slackened somewhat, although there is no alteration in quotations, good oaten sheaf being worth £8 per ton at wayside stations, Oats are still in firm demand v>ith limited supplies. There Is no wheat offering, -Mid t4e market for;old potatoes Is-over.
