Tinkham (Republican member of the House of Representatives for Boston, Massachusetts) is to introduce a reselutipn in the Hpuse declaring war between the United States and Germany ended. The resolution will be referred to the Hpuse Committee pn Fpreign Relatipns. It is. not. believed that the resolution will be adopted. •
