Following two days of sultry nor'-west-ers, heavy rain set in here on Saturday evening, and it is still raining. Toward the ranges and Methven it snowed all day yesterday, and rained this morning, causing- a thaw. It is feared the losses of lambs will be heavy. ■ ' :
