In the first half the local team played well. The score at half time was: New Zealand 8, Tamworth 3. In the second spell the Now Zealanders caug-lft the home .team napping, and. quickly piled up a score. Superior knowledge and weight told. The final scores were: Now Zealand 21,> Tamwortk 13. j Ifwerson scored two tries, Wilson two, and Herring one. Ifwerson kicked three goals.
