COLLISION IN HARBOUR
The Zohrab steamer Karaka and the Harbour Board's tender Uta collided this morning. The former was coming put from the steamer Ajana, at the Queen's Wharf, and the Uta was heading out into the harbour.
Almost until they met neither vessel could see the other ■ until it was too late to avoid collision. The Uta received a crashing blow on the- starboard quarter, and her planking was damaged, but she was able to back away to her berth. The Karaka was not damaged.
