THE GERMAN FLEET
METHOD OF DISTRIBUTION
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPTBIOHT.I
iTtIALIAN-NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received May 3, 1 p.m.)
NEW YORK, 2nd May.
The 'New York World's Paris correspondent states that the distribution of tho Gorman fleet will be based on the naval losses of the Allies, and the United States will not benefit by the distribution. The smaller craft will be distributed to the smaller Allied nations. France is not satisfied with the arrangement, and wishes for an apportionment, on the basis of the loss of life during the war in all branches of the service.
