AUCTION SALES
Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. will hold a sale on Tuesday, at 1 p.m., at their rooms, in the estates of the late Drs. Henry Pollen and A. M. Tolhurst, of surgical instruments, medical works, and general literature. On Wednesday, at 2.30 p.m., they will submit four residential sites at Roseneath, also a corner freehold property, No. 105, Webb-street, and No. 5, Nairn. : street, eacn of 5 rooms. In conjunction with Messrs. Levin and C0.,-Ltd., they will sell, on the 26th inst., at 2.30 p.m., No. 96, Hobson-street, comprising land 'over 1£ acres, with 16-roomed residence. On 12th March, at 2.30 p.m., the firm will sell in three allotments, Trentham property of 12j acres, with buildings.
Messrs. A. L.- Wilson and Co. will sell furniture and three pianos in their rooms on Monday, sit 1.30 p.m. On Thursday the complete, contents of a nursing home will be submitted. '
A sale of horses will be held at Townsend and Paul, Ltd.'s, yards, Allenstreet, on Wednesday, at 2 p.m. Messrs. E. Johnston and Co. will sell unclaimed cargo in their rooms on Monday, at 1.30-pl-m. They will sell furniture on Wednesday, at 11 a.m., in their rooms; Thursday, at 10.30 a.m., at Wake-field-road, Johnsonville; on Friday, at 10.30 a.m., at No. 75, Rugby-street; and on 27th February, at 1.30 p.m., at No. 28, Kelburn-parade.
Messrs. Williams and Co., Ltd., will sell furniture and carpenter's tools on Tuesday, at 1.30 p.m., in the Auction Arcade, Courtenay-place. Furniture will alsq be submitted on Friday, while on Saturday the contents.of a six-roomed house in Yule-street, Kilbirnie, will be offered.
Messrs. S. George Nathan and Co. will sell on Friday, at 10.30 a.m., furniture in the residence of the late John Chambers. ' Maraama-road, Khandallah. On the 26th inst., the firm will submit a residence in Oriental Bay, and the following day they are offering a business site opposite the Town Hall.
Messrs. C. W. Price and Co., 60, Lambton-quay, ■ will sell furniture, desk, and iron safe, in their rooms, at 1.30 p.m. on Tuesday. On Wednesday, at 10.30 a.m,, they will sell furniture at 175, Ade-laide-road..
