PARAMOUNT THEATRE.
How imagination can get the better of people, and land them in difficulties can be seen in Sylvia Bremer and Charles Ray's latest Paramount picture, "The Family Skeleton,", shown at the Paramount Theatre for the first time to-day. The story has romance and sensationalism as well as many delightful touches of comedy. It illustrates the power and the mischief of suggestion upon a weak character, and tells how a. youth was saved from drink by the love of a good woman, whom his friends despised. On the same programme, Marguerite Olark is the winsome star of "PmiiiJllla.'' "Prunella." tells the story of a little girl who ran away with a strolling player, her desertion, and final reunion in tlife beautiful garden of love. A distinvt novelty of the photo-play is the marvellous photographic effects that are a feature of the production. Tho play is artistically presented, the romantic atmosphere being well sustained.
