ARTCRAFT THEATRE.
"The Family Skeleton," a powerful feature, with Cbarles Ray in the lead, will be shown at the; Artcraft Theatre to-night. Charles Ray appears as Billy Bates, whoso father, having plenty of money and nothing ip do, sent himself into an early grave. Up to his '21st birthday half-a-dozen guardians have seen to it that Billy walked the straight path, but from the night of his little majority supper, he begins to fall away rapidly. The advice and the warnings of his friends irritate him, and in the end hypnotise him into thinking that, strive how he may, heredity must claim his soul. The spell is finally broken by the love of a girl (Sylvia Bremer). The second big picture stars Marguerite Clark in "Prunella," a dainty production, which tells the simple story of a sweet and innocent maiden who falls in love with and marries a strolling player After tlie wedding Pierrot's fancy begins to wander, and he deserts his Pierrette. Years later, full of remorse, Pierrot visits again the old garden, and the romance takes on a new lease of life.
