ARREST OF CHINESE
LADEN WITH RUSSIAN MILLIONS.
(,'SEDIBR'S TILKSRAM.) (Received January 31, 1 p.m.) PEKIN, 29th January. The Russian authorities on the Manchurian fnontier have arrested six Chinese in suspicious circumstances. The Chinese were searched, and were found to have 6£ million roubles, which, it is supposed, was intended for Bolshevist propaganda.
