MAINTENANCE CASES
Mr. D. G-. A. Cooper, S.M., considered maintenance and separation casea at the Magistrate's Court to-day. On the application of the wife a separation order was made ag-ainst James Ruddle, on the ground of habitual cruelty, the complainant to have custody of the ohildron, and to receive maintenance at the_ rate of 30s per week. Joseph Martin Gillespie, who had allowed £8 Is 2d arrears to mount up in regurd to a maintenance order, ivas sentenced to 14 daye' imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended as long as & 6d' per week is paid off the arrears, together with 2» 6d in compliance with th« mainfeawuK coder.
