Hia Eonc-ar Mr. Justice Hosking in tho Supreme Coart on Friday granted the application of Ada Roana Stokes and George Cecil W. Gtooch for &c annulment of a former marriage. Both applicants bad been fined for bigamy and had been parties to a divorce anii. They now wished to be legally married.
