A PLUNDERING MOB
SERIOUS RIOTING IN COLOGNE.
COPENHAGEN, 4th December. There were serious riots at Cologne on 2nd December. A mob plundered the shops a.nd attempted to raid the food depot, but retreated when faced with machine-guns. There were conflicts between the mob and the police throughout the night. • A number of casualties are reported. '
