FLEEING TURKISH LEADERS
THEIR ARREST ORDERED. ! THE HAGUE, 4th December. Advices from Constantinople state that at the request of the Ottoman Government, the Berlin Government has ordered the arrest of Enver Pasha, Talaat Pasha, Djemal P.isha, Nazin Pasha, And Sukri Bey, who have taken refuge in Germany. Tho Ottoman Government has arrested two hundred Young Turks, including Ferri Bey, who was proceeding to Odessa with half a million pounds of Turkish money, which he had amassed in Aleppo in one month.
