RUSSIA REFUSES PRISONERS
TURNED BACK FROM FRONTIER. AMSTERDAM, 4th December. The Russian Government has refused to admit one million and a-half war prisoners ,from Germany, and turned them back from the frontiers. This incident is regarded seriously in Berlin, because of the necessity for feeding such a host.
