CIVIL CASES
Mr W. G. Riddell, S.M., yesterday gave judgment for the plaintiffs by default in the following civil cases: —Walter James HeJyer v. Tuiti M'Donald, £1 14a 4d, costs 15s; C. A. Schauer v. L. A. Grace, £21 15s, ootte £2 146, t A JUDGMENT SUMMONS. In a judgment Bummona case F. W. Harding was ordered to pay the New Zealand Express Co., Ltd., £1 6s by 19th December, m default 24 hours' imprisonment.
