Ha pictures a time whon there will bo aerial hotels in the form of giant airships. He thinks that j>rotective netting will have to bo put up in many places to safeguard the publio from the inevitable consequences of such aerial hotels, which are certain to be wol! patronised by convivial spirits and parties of Toysterers, who will heave their empty ohampagne bottles overboard as a matter of course. Th«y would also, wo.'assume, heave other things, not forgetting their cigar cads.
