A KING NAMED FOR POLAND
(Received August 19, 8.30 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, 18th August. Berlin newspapers state that the Kaiser and Emperor Charles, at the Conference, decided that the Austrian Archduke Karl Stephen should be King of Poland.
