GERMAN ASSISTANCE WANTED
LONDON, 17th August. The Russian correspondent of tho Daily Mail states: "Though the Bolshevik Government is aiding the antiGerman movement in the Ukraine, it may invite the Germans to traverse Russian soil to prevent the Entente, advance from Archangel. This proposal has actually been made, but the opposition is strong."
