FAIR WEATHER
,; Fair weather has been experienced generally over the Dominion since yesterday morning, though some scattered showers have.fallen in the southernmost ;districts. The barometer has risen fur.ther everywhere, and moderate and variablo breezes have prevailed. The forecast issued this morning is for variable winds, with easterlies, moderate to Strong, prevailing, and backing to northerlies to the north of New Plymouth and Castlepoint, and northerlies elsewhere. The barometer shows little movenent at present, but will probably fall in after twenty-four hours. Fair to cloudy weather may be expected generally. A v«y cold "night is probable.
